By using Lolo dice you accept these terms. The service is operated by JIV Developers LLC. This is an English version of our Spanish terms; if they differ, the Spanish version prevails.

1. The service

Lolo dice turns conversations you upload into reports written by artificial intelligence. You must be 18 or older, or have your legal guardian's permission to buy.

The Licenciado Lolo is a fictional character. He is not a lawyer and offers no legal services.

2. Artificial intelligence

Reports are entertainment. The AI can misread context, overlook information or invent a detail. A report is not medical, legal, psychological or professional advice, and must not be used to make an important decision.

3. Your content and other people

You are responsible for what you upload and must have the right to use it. Only upload chats you took part in. Your conversation may contain data about other people: treat it with respect. The person who uploads a chat is solely responsible for its lawful use and for the data of the other people who appear in it, and agrees to hold JIV Developers LLC harmless from third-party claims arising from that use.

Do not use the service to harass, blackmail, surveil, defame or harm anyone, or to upload content involving minors. You give us only the temporary technical permissions needed to generate the report.

4. Acceptance

Before paying you must tick the box saying you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. By completing the payment you accept both. We keep a record of that acceptance together with your payment, as evidence.

5. Orders and delivery

The total price (currently USD $5.99, one-time payment, no subscription) is shown before you pay. Stripe processes the payment. After payment, the full report unlocks immediately in your account. The beginning of the report is shown free before you buy.

Consumer rights that the law of your country does not allow to be excluded are preserved.

6. Refunds

Small errors, approximations or the occasional invention are normal in an AI report and, in general, do not give a right to a refund. If serious errors make the full report unreadable or unusable, you can request one by writing to info@yoradico.com with the report link and an explanation. We will read the report and reply within 5 business days. A refund is not guaranteed. This does not limit your mandatory legal rights.

7. Your account

Your account is created when you pay, with the email you give Stripe; afterwards you sign in with a code sent to that email, and you are responsible for access to it. Your paid reports stay until you delete them. Retention periods are in the Privacy Policy.

8. Fair use and liability

We may block fraudulent, abusive or illegal use, and any attempt to evade our protections or disrupt the service. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on a report or for indirect damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the applicable federal laws of the United States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Puerto Rico, without removing the mandatory protections of the country where you live. If there is a problem, write to us first at info@yoradico.com so we can solve it. We may update these terms; the version in force when you placed your order applies.
