Privacy

Updated October 28, 2026 · Versión en español · Términos

Your conversations and your reports are private. We use only the data needed to create your report and provide the service. This is an English version of our Spanish privacy policy; if they differ, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Data we process

  • Your email and what your account needs (it is created when you pay, using the email you give Stripe; afterwards you sign in with a code sent to that email, no password).
  • Usage counters with no personal data (for example, how many people reach each step), to improve the service.
  • A sample of your conversation (up to 60,000 characters; usually about 45,000), sent only to generate the report. The sample itself is not stored.
  • The generated report, which is stored and may include verbatim quotes, names and details taken from your conversation, including those of other people who take part in it.
  • Payment data, processed by Stripe. We do not receive your card details.
  • Basic technical data processed when serving the site, such as the IP address, to operate it and prevent abuse.

2. Other people in your chat

The person who uploads a chat is responsible for the personal data of the other people who appear in it and for having the right to use it. JIV Developers LLC processes that sample only on behalf of the person who uploads it, to generate their report, and does not use it for any other purpose.

3. What we use it for

To create and deliver reports, manage your account, protect the service against abuse, take payment and meet legal obligations. Our basis is performing the service you asked for, our legitimate interest in keeping it secure and, where it applies, a legal obligation.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversations or reports to train AI models. We show no advertising and do not track you with advertising cookies. We only use a technical session cookie to keep you signed in to your account.

4. Who helps us

We share only what is necessary with these providers: Cloudflare (hosting and storage of accounts and reports, on servers spread across several countries), Anthropic (the AI model that writes the report; under the commercial terms of its API, what is sent is not used to train its models, but it may be kept for up to 30 days for safety and longer if its systems flag it for breaching its usage policy), Stripe (payments) and Resend (transactional email, to send you the sign-in code).

Some providers may process data outside your country. We rely on their commercial terms and on the transfer safeguards required by applicable law.

5. How long we keep it

  • Your conversation: the sample sent is not stored; it is used at that moment to generate the report. The resulting report is stored, with any quotes and names it contains, under the rules below.
  • Unpaid reports: deleted automatically after 7 days.
  • Paid reports: they stay in your account until you delete them or delete your account.
  • Sign-in codes: expire after 10 minutes. Sessions: last up to 30 days.
  • Account: as long as it exists. Invoices and payments: Stripe keeps them for as long as the law requires.

6. Your rights

You can delete a report or your whole account from My reports, and it is removed immediately. You can also ask for access, correction, portability or objection by writing to info@yoradico.com. We protect data with reasonable measures, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Lolo dice is not directed at people under 18.

7. Changes

If this policy changes in a significant way, we will say so on the site and update the date above.
